Refund policy

Every Welcome Back Codda shirt is printed to order just for you, so we can't take returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering.

 

Misprints, damage, or wrong item: if your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, email welcomebackcodda@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. No need to send the item back.

 

Wrong size: email us and we'll send a 15% off code for a reorder in the right size.

 

Lost packages: if tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we'll work with the carrier and our print partner to reship or refund.

 

Cancellations: orders go to production about 1 hour after purchase. Email us within that window to cancel for a full refund.
